Protect Policy For Privacy
The TOZEN Group will strive to protect the rights and interests of individuals while taking into account the usefulness of personal information, in light of the growing use of personal information as the development of the advanced information and communications society.
The TOZEN Group will comply with laws and regulations related to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and will strive to protect personal information in accordance with the spirit of the law.
The TOZEN Group shall establish internal rules for the management of personal information, and shall endeavor to appropriately protect personal information by establishing internal rules for the management of personal information, and by thoroughly informing employees along with various laws and regulations, and conducting educational and awareness-raising activities. In addition, we will continuously review and improve this policy and internal rules.
When we provide personal information, we will use it within the scope of the following purposes.

If the Company wishes to inquire, correct, or delete your personal information, we will promptly respond to it in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.

Basic Policy against Anti-Social Forces
The TOZEN Group has established the following basic policy regarding anti-social forces, and will work together as a company to tackle this issue in a strict manner.
- We will cut off all relationships, including business relationships, with anti-social forces.
- We will firmly reject all unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.
- We will build close cooperative relationships with external specialist organizations such as the police, the Anti-Violence Movement Promotion Center, and lawyers.
- We will take legal action against unjust demands made by anti-social forces, both civil and criminal.
- We will never provide funds or favors to anti-social forces or engage in backroom deals.

We have established a Compliance Committee, which works closely with the Board of Directors, the company’s highest decision-making body, and the entire company is working together to implement compliance-oriented management.
In order to detect and prevent violations of laws and regulations and compliance violations at an early stage, we have set up a consultation desk and a reporting desk staffed by external legal counsel.
